International Maheshwari Rajasthani Convention (IMRC) 2020 – Postponed!

Dear all,

Jai Shree Krishna!

I hope that you and your family are staying safe through these uncertain times.

As you are aware, we had planned to have the IMRC2020 (International Maheshwari Rajasthani Convention) during the Thanksgiving weekend 2020 in Houston, TX.

A dedicated team of 100+ volunteers from the Southwest Chapter has been working extremely hard for this event and everyone has been very excited to host this grand event. The team has made a lot of progress in preparation for the IMRC2020 and had also reserved the hotel for this event.

However, due to the Coronavirus concerns and the prevailing uncertainty about the future social distancing norms, government regulations, gatherings, travels, and other logistics, MMNA has decided to postpone the IMRC2020 event to a future date.

Once the concerns around COVID-19 subside, we will revisit the situation and decide on the appropriate timing for the convention.

We will keep you posted about future plans. In the meantime, we also want to take this opportunity to thank the enthusiastic team of volunteers of IMRC2020 for their hard work.

We thank you for your understanding, support, and cooperation. We pray for the safety and health of everyone!

On behalf of MMNA,

Convener: IMRC2020 – Sharad Mantri || Co-Conveners: Sanjay Jajoo, Swapnil Chandak, CP Nawal

President-NEC: Vikas Bhutada || Chair-BOT: Ghanshyam Heda
