Technology Advisory & Support (TAS)

MMNA’s mission depends not only on ideas and intent, but on a strong, reliable technology backbone that quietly supports everything we do—from how we communicate to how we serve our community. Technology Advisory & Support [TAS] is the team within MMNA that works behind the scenes to:

  • Align Technology with Mission – Ensure all IT initiatives directly support MMNA’s programs, services, and community impact.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency – Provide reliable, cost-effective, process driven (vs. people) and user-friendly tools that increase MMNA office holder / member / volunteer productivity.
  • Safeguard Data & Ensure Compliance – Protect sensitive member, donor, program, and beneficiary information while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen Communication & Collaboration – Enable seamless communication within MMNA’s internal (members, chapters, initiatives) and potential external stakeholders (including donors, and partners).
  • Promote Innovation & Sustainability – Adopt scalable, future-ready and affordable technologies to extend MMNA’s reach, reduce long-term costs and provide required transparency / visibility
